Ben Zeller, associate professor of religion at Lake Forest College, speaks about his development of virtual tours of some of Chicago’s most historically important sacred spaces, bringing to life architectural stories that were almost lost to history. These immersive digital experiences explore the history, architecture, spiritual background, and liturgical uses of the houses of worship.

Chicago's Architectural Past: NOW discovers how Chicago’s past architectural stories are being shared with today’s technology. Presented by Digital Chicago fellows from Lake Forest College, each talk delves into a range of topics including 360° photography of sacred spaces, family home design during WWII, and a city-based archeological dig.
