When a renowned architectural scholar falls ill during a speaking tour, his son Jin finds himself stranded in Columbus, Indiana. Set against the city’s modernist buildings, this visually stunning film follows the son (John Cho) as he strikes up a friendship with Casey, a local architecture enthusiast (Haley Lu Richardson). As their intimacy develops, Jin and Casey explore both the town and their own conflicted emotions.

The screening of Columbus will be contextualized by Jonathan Nesci and Anne Surak from Exhibiti Columbus.  They will share exhibition highlights and after the film discuss how Columbus plays into the film's cinematography.
