For the 2017 Chicago Architecture Biennial, SANAA teams with IIT College of Architecture to explore scenarios for the development of IIT Campus and its impact on the surrounding neighborhoods. SANAA’s Grace Farms project received the MCHAP 2014-15 Award from the IIT College of Architecture. Kazuyo Sejima (SANAA) and Phyllis Lambert of the CCA first discussed the IIT campus and its relation to current and future neighbors on the occasion of the MCHAP Award ceremony, when SANAA’s Grace Farms project received the MCHAP 2014-15 Award from the IIT College of Architecture.
