Unconnotated Happiness

“First, just look! –––––––––– How do you feel about this?”

Pascal Flammer asks us to foreground the possibility of viewing this tower by focusing on how it makes us feel, rather than trying to think or interpret it.

Pascal Flammer works and lives in Zurich. He opened his office in 2005. He has been given the Swiss Art Award, the Weissenhof Architecture Award, and the Best Family House Award. He has taught at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio, the GSD at Harvard University, the Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam, and the ETH in Zurich.
